Ray Brandon – Managing Director
Ray founded Encompass in 2006 after having 30 years experience of railway operations and over 15 years experience of vegetation control to the rail industry. Encompass has grown and established itself to have a reputation for quality, safety and competitive pricing.
Willem Grobler – Sales and Contracts Manager
Willem is responsible for the overall sales and managing contracts.
Ciprian Ostafie AIOSH – Compliance and Planning Manager
Ciprian has a wealth of experience with Health and Safety and Compliance and is responsible for the company management systems and all accreditations.
Ciprian is also responsible for the planning and scheduling of the work.

Steve has many years’ experience with vegetation control in the Rail Industry and Local Authorities.
