Welcoming Mike to the Encompass Team 

We are pleased to welcome Mike to the Encompass team, who joined the company in August as our new Operations Support Coordinator.

Mike will be supporting the day-to-day delivery of our operations, working closely with the wider team across logistics, fleet management, work planning, scheduling and general operational coordination.

His role will help ensure our teams have the right resources, equipment and information in place to carry out works safely and efficiently, while also supporting the smooth running of our growing programme of works across the business.

Mike has already settled well into the team, and we look forward to seeing him continue to develop within the role.
